  • RULES OF PLAY AND ETIQUETTE
  • USGA and Royal & Ancient rules of golf are always in effect except in the cases where modified by local rules.
  • The resort is committed to ensuring a reasonable pace of play for all players. If a match fails to keep its pace on the course and looses more than a clear hole on the players ahead, it must allow the match following to play through. In severe cases of slow play a match may be required to pick up their golf balls and advance to an open hole. It is required that the course marsh al' s instructions be followed at all times.
  • Groups of four players or less are permitted on the course (NO FIVE SOMES).
  • Only green fee paying customers are allowed on the course. Spectators are allowed to accompany golfers only upon management approval and only during non peak hours.
  • Due to risk of severe injury by errant golf shots, no infants or young children are permitted on the course.
  • No out side caddies are permitted (except when approved by management for selected com petitions).
  • All players are required to have their own golf bag and set of clubs. Rental clubs are available.
  • Each player is requested to repair ball marks, replace divots and rake sand traps to ensure excellent conditions for all golfers.

  • GENERAL RULES
  • Property belonging to the resort shall not betaken from the premises, except by permission of the duty manager.
  • The Resort will not be responsible for the loss or damage to property of facility users.
  • Facility users are not allowed to send an employee off the property for any reasons, nor employ any employees to perform any services during the time such employee is scheduled for duty.
  • Nothing shall be posted on the general bulletin board except by management.
  • No subscriptions, paper, or other petitions (unless related to the business of the resort) shall be Posted or circulated on the premises, nor shall subscriptions be solicited, except for resort purposes, and only with the prior approval of the management.
  • Under no circumstances will pets be permitted at any time.
  • Every facility user shall be held personally responsible for any property dam age and/a injury, caused by him/her, and his/her guests, while at the resort. Such individual s shall pay for all costs thereof when a bill is presented.
  • No one is allowed to bring any food or beverage items onto the premises.
  • Any person who, in any manner makes use of or accepts the use of any apparatus, appliance, facility, privilege, or service what so ever owned, leased or operated by the resort, or engages in any organized, arranged, or sponsored activity by the resort on or off the premises, shall do so at his/her own risk, and shall hold Dreamland, its operators, officers, employees, representatives and agents harmless from any and all loss, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained or incurred by him/her, resulting there from and/or resulting from any actor omission of any officers, employees, representatives or agents of Dreamland.

  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Facility dues and fees asset forth there in give individuals no ownership rights or interests in the facilities, other than the specific right to use the facilities contemplated by the type of fee payment. The land owner and operator hereby limit their liability, under any circumstances and conditions that currenty exist or may in the future exist. No oral representations shall be relied upon. The land owner and operator' s obligations are limited to those explicitly set forth in writing. No individual' s use of the resort is exclusive, and is subject use by all other facility users of Dreamland.


  • SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF PRIVILEGES

The resort may terminate the facility use privileges of any individual upon giving such person a written notice of termination if, in the sole judgment of the resort, such, individual: 1) Failed to meet eligibility, 2) Submitted false in formation on the application for facility use, 3) Allowed his/her identification card to be used by another individual, 4) Failed to pay fees and account balances when die, 5) Failed to a bide by the Riles & Regulations set forth. Notwithstanding, any such termination of privileges, such individual shall remain liable for any unpaid fees, dues and/or account balances, and such person shall not be en titled to a refund of any fee or dues previously paid.


  • GOLF COURSE RULES AND REGULATIONS

Access to the course is not automatic. The resort reserves the right to request that our golf professionals assess a player’s ability, and if required train the individual in the disciplines of playing golf, knowledge of the game, etiquette, cart use, general demeanor, etc., prior to allowing access to the course. This ensures that a 11 players enjoy a rewarding experience.


  • STARTING TIMES

May be booked by members up to seven(7) days in advance or by guests up to four (4) days in advance by phone or in person. Informing the Pro Shop of canceled tee-off bookings is not only a courtesy but a requirement. Repeat offenders will have their booking privileges suspended.


  • BEFORE PLAY

Golfers must register in the Pro Shop up on arrival at the course.


  • BEFORE STARTING

Golfers must check in with the Starter to confirm order of play and present their green fee receipt.


  • GOLF CARTS

Mandatory on weekends and holidays for all players with starting times prior to 9.00AM.

Golf carts must be:
  • Signed out be fore play.
  • Driven only by persons 16 years of age and older.
  • Limited to two (minimum age of six (6)).
  • Driven on cart paths where provided.
  • Returned to staging area after completion of round.

Any damage or injury resulting from operation of a golf cart must be reported to the Pro Shop Immediately. All individuals drive carts at their own risk and a re responsible for the costs of repairs for any damage.


  • DBESS CODE

It is important that individuals dress in appropriate golfing attire: golf slacks, golf skirts or Bermuda shorts (pockets, fly, cut no higher then 10 cm above the knee) with a proper collared go If shirt and/or sweater are acceptable, when on the golf course, golf shoes or soft rubber soled shoes are also required.


  • DECLARATION

The Dreamland Golf and Tennis Resort, located, near Sixth of October City hereinafter referred to as the resort, hereby declares that these are the Rules & Regulations under which the operation of the resort shall be governed, and these Rules& Regulations are new in full force and effect, subject to any modification, amendment, change or supple men there to which may be here after adopted. These Rules & Regulations may be changed from time to time by the resort, at its sole and absolute discretion.


  • APPLICATION FOR FACILITY USE

Each applicant for us e of resort facilities shall complete and submit an agreement together with the applicable dues. Acceptance of dues is not automatic and, as such, each, application will be reviewed by the resort before admittance is granted. Eligibility will be based on an individual being of good standing in the community and possessing such other qualifications as the resort may from time to time prescribe. If an applicant is denied admission to facilities, all moneys paid shall be refunded.


  • POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Dreamland is dedicated to the enjoyment of golf, tennis and other resort activities by all facility users. To ensure a positive experience, Dreamland has established a few policies and procedures to clarify each individual’s responsibilities and conduct while at the resort.


  • GUEST POLICY

Guests having not paid facility dues may be permitted, subject to availability, to use facilities upon Paying applicable fees. Management reserves the right to limit or refuse guests at its discretion. Further, it is the responsibility of the guests to be aware of, and follow, the Rules & Regulations.


  • GENERAL INFORMATION

All fees, plans, classifications and Rule s& Regulations may be suitably adjusted or changed with prior notice, i.e. operational hours. The resort reserves the right to establish or rev ok e any type of fee pi ans. programs, or facilities.


  • FACILITY CARDS

A resort identification card indicating account number will be issued. Except for Corp or ate Courtesy Cards, resort identification cards are not transferable and therefore, may not be used by anyone other than the person to whom it is issued, presentation of the card is required prior to use of the facility or payment for service, lithe event of a lost or stole card, the membership office must be notified immediately The individual must pay a 50 L.E. charge per replacement card.


  • CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Address changes are handled by the membership office. Notification is to be made immediately in writing to this office.


  • FEES & LIABILITIES

All individuals must pay for personal services on an “as used” basis. Should any party bound by these Rules & Regulations bring suit against there sort for any claim or matter, and fail to obtain judgment therein against Dreamland, said party shall be liable to Dreamland for all proceedings. The same result holds true if the resort brings suit against any facility user or party for any cause, such as non payment of dues, and Dreamland wins the suit.
